This stream is for skilled workers who have been accepted into Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada’s Express Entry pool and have a valid job offer from an employer in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Applicants must have a job offer from a NL employer at Skill Level 0, A, or B based on the National Occupational Code (NOC) classification system. The job offer should be for at least two years with the possibility of extension, from an .
